A demonstration of the awesome self-freezing Coke they have in Hong Kong. Who knows what kind of chemicals are in that stuff to make it do that, but who cares? It looks awesome.

In case you haven’t heard, last night at Coachella Music Festival, Tupac made an appearance in the form of a hologram. This sort of thing has been in Japan for a cartoon musical act for a while now, but as far as I know, this is the first time it’s been used as a way to allow a dead star to perform. Here is a collection of some of my favorite Tweets on the subject. Did I miss any? Let us know. Speaking of Twitter, why don’t you follow SISFTI to stay up to date on all of our posts and to interact directly.
Here is the performance in action: (NSFW: Language)
The Tupac hologram at Coachella wasn’t half as amazing as the Janis Joplin sock puppet at Lilith Fair in ’96.

Dr. Dre. Snoop. Warren G. Eminem. 50 Cent. Wiz Khalifa. Hologram Tupac. This is like the gangsta rap version of The Avengers. #CoachellaLive

Right after it was unplugged, the Tupac hologram released another four albums.

If you thought the Tupac Hologram was something, wait until you see Drake perform with Max Headroom!

Tupac Hologram performs at Coachella. Not to be outdone, they’re working on the Biggie Smalls Kilogram.

That Tupac hologram would have been cooler if he were six-inches tall and beaming out of an R2 unit. #Coachella

How great is it that science went with a hologram Tupac instead of curing cancer.

That awkward moment when Tupac’s ghost performs at Coachella and everyone assumes it’s a ‘hologram.’
